Attention buyers. We are not a full service operation. We are both law enforcement professionals with full time jobs. Unfortunately, depending on work, we can be slow to respond and can be difficult to reach. Please bear with us and you will be pleasantly surprised as evidenced by our many repeat customers.

We do this for fun. When it quits being fun we wont do it anymore. We have a simple policy. We treat people like we expect to be treated.

Purchasing from R&G

If you would like to purchase one of our items simply send us an email or call us to confirm its availablity. We will hold the item for ONE WEEK .  After ONE WEEK  the item will be released for sale to the next inquiry or put back into inventory. On unique high demand items the first person to commit to purchase gets the item.

A note on "restrictive" States

If you live in one of the states that has laws more restrictive than ATF regulations it is your responsibility to know the restrictions. If you bid on one of our items on any auction site which you are unable to receive you will have to pay the commission fees plus a 10% relisting fee to avoid negative feedback. If you buy an item and it is returned by your FFL because it is illegal for you to own, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee as well as any other associated fees deducted from your refund.

We accept mailed or emailed FFL  copies as allowed by ATF regulations.

Trade in policy

R&G gladly takes trade in's of any quality firearm as a service to our customers. But the trade in value will always be a wholesale value.  To find out our trade in allowance on your gun simply send us a description of your trade in and we will give you the best wholesale trade in price we can.

Once a trade is agreed upon our item will be placed on hold. Our item will not be shipped until all agreed upon conditions are met and the trade in items are received.

R & G offers a one week inspection on all used firearms unless listed "as is" or "no returns". R & G recommends that all used firearms be checked by a competent gunsmith prior to firing. We offer no warranty on new firearms. All issues with new firearms must be addressed with the manufacturer

R & G accepts VISA and Mastercard. Currently CC orders will be processed via telephone only.  Paypal is not accepted.  Personal checks are welcome but the item will not be shipped for 10 business days to allow the check to clear.  Money order, CC, and cashiers check purchases will be shipped ASAP. R&G no longer offers layaway.

Due to our hectic schedule we try to ship in a reasonable amount of time after receiving payment and FFL.

In an effort to to keep shipping cost low we ship handguns USPS priority only. The big 2 private shipping firms require the more expensive next day air service on handguns due to employee thefts. ATF does not require next day air shipping on handguns. It seems unfair to us that these companies would reward themselves and penalize their customers because of the illegal actions of a few of their employees.

Long guns:
Will be shipped Fed Ex ground in most circumstances. All long guns will be shipped in hardcases/factory box unless they are of size and shape that wont fit. If they are not in a hardcase they will packaged to prevent damage.. Cost will be $35 on average. The hardcases cost us around $20.

R & G will accept shipments from individuals. We do require a photo copy of a state issued ID that has all pertinent information IE: Name, full address, DOB. Due to recent problems with an individual we will not provide our FFL information until we receive the ID copy. At the suggestion of our local ATF office we will not send FFL copies to individuals. We will provide our license information which can be verified usinf the FFL EZ check on the ATF website.

From the ATF website FAQ's:

May an unlicensed person obtain a firearm from an out-of-state source if the person arranges to obtain the firearm through a licensed dealer in the
purchaser's own state?

A person not licensed under the GCA and not prohibited from acquiring firearms may purchase a firearm from an out-of-state source and obtain the firearm if an arrangement is made with a licensed dealer in the purchaser's state of residence for the purchaser to obtain the firearm from the dealer. [18 U. S. C 922( a)( 3) and (5), 922( b)( 3), 27 CFR 178.29]

May a nonlicensee ship a firearm by carrier?

A nonlicensee may ship a firearm by carrier to a resident of his or her own state or to a licensee in any state. A common or contract carrier must be
used to ship a handgun. In addition, Federal law requires that the carrier be notified that the shipment contains a firearm and prohibits common or contract
carriers from requiring or causing any label to be placed on any package indicating that it contains a firearm. [18 U. S. C. 922( a)( 2)( A) and 922( e), 27 CFR 178.31]

To purchase a firearm, simply notify us via email or phone of your interest and R & G will reserve the firearm for 7 days pending the arrival of your funds. All transfers must be done in accordance with ATF regulations. Oklahoma residents must arrange to have the firearm either transfered to a dealer in their town or by form 4473 at the R & G storefront. All non Oklahoma firearms purchases will be transfered to an FFL dealer in the purchasers home state. Note:

If you change your mind about purchasing one of our items simply let us know via email or a courtesy call. We have all had a change of heart and R&G will not hold it against you if you have second thoughts.

R & G can assist you with your collection in one of two ways.

1: Consignment

R & G will sell your collection on consignment for a fee of 10 % of the final sale price of each item plus actual associated expenses. We will determine a fair market value of the collection along with a minimum sale price set by you.  R & G will then market the collection. We will handle all records keeping, packaging, and shipping of the items and send you certified funds within 1 week of the sale.

The advantage of a consignment is you end up with more money in your pocket than you would with an outright sale. The disadvantage is you will not receive your money until the items sell.

2: Purchase

R & G can purchase your collection directly from you. You will be paid immediatly upon reaching agreement with us. To do this you will need to send us a detailed description (pictures if possible) of the collection, and an idea of what you want for it. We will determine whether it's worthwhile shipping the collection to us, or for us to arrange an in person inspection of  the collection for a firm offer. If we arrive at an agreement we will send you the agreed upon amount by certified funds within the following business day.  If the collection is shipped to us and we can not arrive at an agreement, we will pay for return shipping to you.

The advantage of an outright sale is you receive payment in a very short time.

Either way you can be assured that your collection will be handled professionally and in accordance to all applicable laws.
